Operations
Keep recurring business activities, processes, priorities, and operational details organized and moving.
Ongoing operational support for growing business owners who are ready to stop being the project manager, systems keeper, deadline chaser, and emergency backup plan for everything.
You keep leading the business. I'll help keep the business moving.
Apply for Smooth Operator →Projects move because you check on them.
Deadlines happen because you remember them.
Your team asks you what comes next because the answer still lives somewhere between your head, Slack, ClickUp, and a spreadsheet nobody wants to admit exists.
And whenever something breaks, somehow it finds its way back to you.
The business may be growing beautifully. But you shouldn't have to personally carry the backend forever.
Smooth Operator is my ongoing Online Business Management and operations support for established businesses that need more than occasional implementation.
I step into the moving pieces, help create clarity, manage priorities, strengthen your systems, and keep the operational side of the business moving forward.
One that actually enjoys workflows, systems, project boards, documentation, and figuring out why something isn't working.
Every retainer is customized, but these are the areas where Smooth Operator can step in and create breathing room.
Keep recurring business activities, processes, priorities, and operational details organized and moving.
Turn ideas into plans, keep projects moving, follow up on dependencies, and make sure important work doesn't quietly disappear.
Improve the processes behind the business so work becomes easier to repeat, delegate, and manage.
Help create clearer responsibilities, communication, handoffs, and accountability across the people supporting the business.
Coordinate timelines, moving parts, backend preparation, follow-ups, and operational details around important initiatives.
Keep an eye on the tools, automations, documentation, CRM, and backend systems the business relies on every day.
Smooth Operator is about ownership, thinking ahead, noticing gaps, and helping the business operate more smoothly over time.
Traditional task support usually starts with:
“Tell me what you'd like me to do.”
Smooth Operator starts with:
“What are we trying to accomplish, what's getting in the way, and what needs to happen next?”
I'm still implementing. But I'm also looking at the larger picture, connecting dots, identifying gaps, and helping create better ways of working.
Smooth Operator brings the full SNUGGLE Method into the ongoing management of your business.
Understand what's changing, what's working, and what the business needs now.
Catch friction and gaps before they become giant projects.
Keep priorities clear instead of treating every request like an emergency.
Continuously simplify how work moves through the business.
Maintain and improve the operational systems supporting growth.
Document changes, establish ownership, and build consistency.
Keep improving as the business, team, and priorities change.
Smooth Operator is intentionally structured so we can keep work moving without filling your calendar with meetings.
We keep a clear view of what matters now and what's coming next.
A focused check-in keeps decisions, projects, and blockers moving.
Most day-to-day communication and updates happen without requiring another meeting.
We don't only maintain the business. We keep looking for ways to make it run better.
If the business mainly needs one clearly defined project, a VIP Day will probably be a better fit.
Explore VIP Day →If your backend needs a significant cleanup before anyone can reasonably manage it, start with Systems Reset.
Explore Systems Reset →Smooth Operator retainers are customized around the level of operational ownership, project support, systems work, and coordination your business needs.
We'll agree on priorities and scope before the engagement begins, so expectations stay clear on both sides.
Custom monthly retainers based on scope and complexity.
Apply for Smooth Operator →Your retainer is based on the level of ownership and complexity involved. Businesses with larger teams, launches, heavier project management, or more technical implementation may require a higher monthly investment.
Because “can you also...” has a remarkable ability to multiply.
Tell me about your business, current operations, team, priorities, and where you need help.
We'll determine whether ongoing OBM support is the right fit and define the scope.
I learn your business, systems, people, tools, priorities, and existing processes.
We create clarity around priorities, responsibilities, projects, and workflows.
Then we keep improving the backend as the business grows.
No. While implementation is absolutely part of the work, Smooth Operator is designed around operations, ownership, systems thinking, project oversight, and proactively helping the business run better.
The $1,500 rate is the starting investment for a focused ongoing retainer. Your exact responsibilities and priorities will be documented in your proposal. More complex businesses or broader scopes will be quoted accordingly.
The engagement is structured around an agreed scope, responsibilities, priorities, and capacity rather than selling an unlimited bucket of random tasks. Any capacity boundaries will be made clear before we begin.
Team coordination can absolutely be part of the engagement. The level of people management required will affect scope and pricing.
Yes, launch coordination and backend support can be included when appropriate. Larger or intensive launches may require separate project scope or an adjusted retainer.
If the backend needs substantial rebuilding before ongoing management makes sense, I may recommend Systems Reset first. That gives us a much stronger foundation to manage going forward.
Tell me what's happening behind the scenes and where you're spending more time than you should.
If Smooth Operator is the right fit, we'll build an ongoing support plan around what your business actually needs.
